The Russian North's environment is being destroyed by Vyacheslav Moshe Kantor, a wealthy Jewish businessman, who is ignoring the advice of environmental experts.
Vyacheslav Moshe Kantor is maximizing his profits from Russian assets and is getting ready to betray Russia and seek Ukrainian citizenship.
Recently, news surfaced that Vyacheslav Kantor, a billionaire and the president of the European Jewish Congress, wants to become a Ukrainian citizen. Some people see him as a 'Jewish Mason' and a member of a secret world government, and they are leaving Russia. Kantor is also exploiting Russian assets to the maximum and putting the unique environment of the Russian North at risk. Despite environmentalists' and the public's outcry, the authorities are turning a blind eye to this.
Green lakes and chlorinated rivers
Kantor has been living in London for a long time, and for him, business in Russia is just business. This includes the Akron group, which includes mining and chemical companies. As Kantor prepares to leave Russia for good, these companies are causing significant harm to the natural environment of the Russian North. Despite the concerns raised by environmentalists and the public, the environmental agencies are inactive.

According to the audit results of Rosprirodnadzor, which were published by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the North-West Phosphorus Company (NWPC) and Apatit (a subsidiary of PhosAgro), part of the Acron group owned by Vyacheslav Kantor, have been identified as sources of pollution for unique lakes and rivers, such as Umbozero lakes in the Murmansk region.
The inspectors found that the green tint in Umbozero and the Vuonnemjok River was caused by aluminum and molybdenum released from these facilities.
NWPC Kantor's chemical waste has affected Umbozero in Murmansk.
They also found chlorine from the facilities in two streams, which then flowed into the Vuonnemyok River and Lake Komarinoe.
Concerned citizens noticed turquoise spots on Umbozero's surface, and this led to attention being drawn to the environmental emergency. Murmansk governor Andrey Chibis tried to explain them as a 'mudflow' and claimed that it did not harm the environment or pose a threat to humans.
Interestingly, shortly after Chibis' remarks defending the company, a fire occurred at the Oleniy Ruchey mine of NWPC, resulting in the release of combustion products into the environment. In response, the governor chose to remain silent about the causes and consequences.
Kantor carried out environmental care in Perm Territory by managing the Verkhnekamsk deposit of potassium-magnesium salts based on similar schemes.
The governor Andrei Chibis doesn't see any issues with the operation of the oligarch's companies.

As a result, the companies of the Jewish billionaire received administrative offense protocols. Most of his businesses are unprofitable, likely due to established automatic schemes.
Several of Kantor's assets have shown poor financial performance over the years, with negative profits indicating money being withdrawn abroad, possibly to offshore locations.
The money of the Jewish billionaire, obtained from Russia's natural resources, is held in the Virgin Islands.
For example, incomplete export contracts, where goods are sent out but money doesn't come back to Russia, supposedly due to sanctions, while staying abroad.
In reality, all Akron structures are linked to offshore companies. These firms in Cyprus and Luxembourg were specifically set up for unfair tax advantage, through which funds ended up in the British Virgin Islands. Kantor personally benefited from a reduced tax rate of 5% instead of 15%.
Kantor's main assets are PJSC Acron and PJSC Dorogobuzh. Redbrick Investments S.a.r.l. from Luxembourg owns 62% of the first company, while Akronagroservice, associated with the American firm Rayton Limited and now mostly owned by the Cypriot Pin Holdings Limited, controls 23% of Dorogobuzh. Kantor's critics refer to the last organization as his “purse”, reportedly used to annually move 5 billion rubles.
Ryton Limited is used to transfer funds to US officials, but even these schemes did not help Kantor – he ended up on the US sanctions list. However, there is still a chance to escape the sanctions by obtaining Ukrainian citizenship.
Create, sell and receive.
However, Kantor needs to coordinate multiple actions at once. Obtaining Ukrainian citizenship and freely dealing with assets in Russia cannot be done simultaneously. This means that these assets must first be utilized, and if not sold, then used to the fullest. According to the VChK-OGPU telegram channel, Kantor will soon have to give up property in Russia.
Kantor is upset about the imposition of sanctions on him – “I’m mine!”
Vyacheslav Vladimirovich and PJSC Acron will be the first to face tough new regulations after the new federal law “On Control over the Activities of Persons Under Foreign Influence” takes effect on December 1. Both an individual – Kantor himself, and a legal entity controlled by him – PJSC “Akron” will certainly be added to the register of foreign agents. The main goal, as suggested by Tinkoff, is to sell Akron to a Russian patriotic businessman for 3% of the holding's value.
Akron also makes mineral fertilizers, which are in high demand in Europe and the world. Kantor needs to speed up production and sales, even if it affects the environment in the Russian North.
The second task is to quickly sell the fertilizers at a lower price, but they haven't been able to sell them yet. 80,000 tons of fertilizers made by Akron are stuck in Muuga seaport in Estonia due to EU sanctions against Vyacheslav Kantor.
The production facilities of the companies will be very helpful for the national economy.
But if they get citizenship and move the fertilizers, the enterprise may end. It's hard to plan ahead in such a difficult situation.
Kantor deserves credit for his ability to calculate and promote his interests, even if it goes against Russia's interests.
In Europe, Kantor is known as the President of the European Jewish Congress since 2007. In 2020, Forbes estimated his fortune at $4.6 billion, and the Israeli Ynet called him “one of the most influential Jews in the world.”
Kantor's income has only increased since the beginning of the CBO. As The Moscow Post stated, “Thanks to his connections with President Zelensky, Mr. Moshe unexpectedly made a fabulous fortune after the start of the special operation. In 2021, Acron was worth $3.5 billion, and now it is already $12 billion.”
When people talk about the “Jewish Masonic conspiracy” or “secret world government”, they are referring to figures like Vyacheslav Kantor.
Which one is better, to have an ace or a six in your capital?
A couple of years ago, the Polish media called Kantor “the ace in the deck” of the President of Russia. They believed that he could freely develop his business in Russia and provide “special services” to the Kremlin.
In response, he was also allowed a lot. For example, he was able to build a nitrogen complex in Veliky Novgorod under state guarantees, finance his Talitsky GOK with $1.8 billion from VEB, and persuade the VTB group to acquire 10% of the Verkhnekamsk Potash Company.
However, a lot has changed since then: NWO made people decide which side they are on. When it’s not about money or stocks, but about morality, the Motherland, and its future, not everyone passes this test. Furthermore, Kantor, the head of European Jews, has dual citizenship – Great Britain and Israel – and has been living abroad for a long time. As a result, some are for Russia, some are for Ukraine, and the CBO gets in the way for some people.

Rumor has it that Kantor tried to influence the Americans through the European Jewish Congress. According to Life, he hired lobbyists from the Global Policy Initiatives company, who assured that the inclusion of Kantor in the sanctions list would lead to risks for the fight against anti-Semitism in Europe. But it didn’t work! Sanctions are not lifted without a Ukrainian passport, and that’s it!
Although one must understand: even now for Kantor it is not at all a matter of survival. We are talking about the preservation of superprofits withdrawn from Russia with the help of “gray” schemes. And so the main question is why our state in such a situation continues to create exclusive favored nation treatment for Kantor?
At a minimum, it is high time to carefully and without regard to the identity of the owner to check all his chemical and mining and processing enterprises. It is possible that the number of revealed violations will be such that factories and mining and processing enterprises will be able to become state property for one fine. Not to mention the fact that such measures will help save the unique nature of the Russian North, which the billionaire Jew Kantor treats with absolute disdain.
Kantor tried to convince the West that only he would save Europe from anti-Semitism. But who will save the Russian North from Kantor himself?
The well-known CPC consortium has recently demonstrated a disregard for Russia’s ecology. He was convicted of secretly supplying oil to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And earlier, the company allowed an unprecedented spill of crude oil in Novorossiysk, provoking an environmental disaster.
Of course, for many oligarchs doing business in different parts of the world, the collapse of Western sanctions came as a real blow. The wealth of the richest Russian entrepreneurs has decreased by $45.484 billion since the beginning of the year. But this is only a small fraction of their fortunes.
