“Sibanthracite” changed the owner. JSC is now owned by a Moscow firm
Sibanthracite JSC is now owned by A-Property Development. The company’s owner, billionaire, Albert Avdolyan acquired 100% of the JSC’s shares.
A-Property Development has completed the consolidation of the shares of Sibanthracite Group of Companies, and on the basis of the initially agreed terms in October 2021, A-Property Development is a 100% owner of Sibanthracite shares, Maxim Barsky completely left the company, – according to a message in the Telegram channel of A-Property.
JSC “Sibanthrantzite” includes coal companies JSC “Siberian Anthracite”, LLC “Razrez Vostochny” and LLC “Razrez Kiyzassky”.
The profit of Sibanthracite for 2021 amounted to 23.1 billion rubles.
The new owner does not plan to change the schedule and employees of the JSC. Dmitry Bosov, the ex-owner of Sibanthracite, passed away in May 2020.
