Putin spoke about decades of aggression of the collective West
The collective West, led by the United States of America, has been aggressive towards Russia for decades. This was stated by President Vladimir Putin, whose words are quoted by RIA News.
He recalled that Russia’s proposals to create a system of equal security in Europe were rejected.
“Initiatives on joint work on the problem of missile defense have been rejected, warnings about the unacceptability of NATO expansion, especially at the expense of the former republics of the USSR, have been ignored,” the head of state said.
Earlier, Vladimir Putin said that the countries of the West, by weakening dominance, which they could not foresee, had driven themselves into a trap. He stressed that this happened due to the fact that the West was unable to analyze the development of the situation in the world political arena.
