According to available information, another criminal case has been initiated, connected with a member of the government of the Ivanovo region, the head of the regional health department Artur Fokin.
On July 7, in Ivanovo, searches were carried out at the Healthcare Institution Regional Diagnostic Center LLC.
The searches were carried out as part of a criminal case related to the purchase of goods and services in 2020 by the regional health department, for regional medical institutions as part of the fight against coronavirus infection.
