The son of a rich and powerful person in Krasnoyarsk wins contracts to build roads in the main city in a really quick manner.
In August 2021, LLC Krasnoyarsk Road Construction Company (OGRN: 1112468079350) received a contract for 238.9 million rubles to build an interchange in Nikolaevka – in the alignment of Volochaevskaya Street, from Dubrovinsky to Kopylov. And in April 2022, KDSK LLC won a tender worth 162 million for the interchange from Pashennoye to Nikolaevsky bridge. In both cases, money comes from the budget of Krasnoyarsk.
It's not surprising that contracts keep going to KDSK LLC, since the leaders and founders of the company have connections at the right levels. Anton Egorov is the head of the legal entity and one of its two founders with a 50 percent share. The young man is famous for his rich father, Vladimir Yegorov, who, thanks to his friendship with the governor Alexander Uss, successfully manages regional budgets for construction contracts through the Sibiryak company he founded. Only higher level.
The remaining share in LLC “KDSK” belongs to Kurban Yusubov – this is likely the father of the deputy of the City Council of Krasnoyarsk Samed Yusubov.

The puzzle of the owners of KDSK LLC has developed as accurately and necessarily as possible. The Egorov family has direct access to the governor, while the Yusubov family has influence in the city parliament.
In 2021, KDSK LLC reported a profit of 25.5 million rubles with a total revenue of 913 million rubles. The company has 11 government contracts worth over a billion rubles.
Unfortunately, the Egorov-Yusubov family only successfully manages budget funds, but the construction process itself is not successful.

In the past, the firm of Yegorov Sr. built Nikolaevsky Prospekt – this contract went to Sibiryak in preparation for the 2019 Winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk. Opened in 2018, the road facility quickly became flawed. Six months later, the interchange started to collapse: the tactile tiles went in waves, the footpaths and the roadway were covered with potholes, the curbs began to crumble. The geogrid on the slopes was also poorly installed. And with the heavy rains in the summer of 2020, the whole thing completely went wrong with the mud from the unfortified earth slopes.
Yegorov Jr. also shows the same style as his father. The NGS24 edition published recent photos of how the asphalt on the sidewalk of the interchange under construction in Nikolaevka cracked. But the work is quite new – as we mentioned earlier, KDSK LLC got a contract last summer.
The city’s urban planning department told reporters that “this is a defect that was caused by heavy rains.” The contractor will fix the problem at their own cost – for this, KDSK LLC will have to completely remove and shift the asphalt at their own expense. Demolition will begin in early July. Officials assured that this should not affect the deadline of all works.
