In the biography of the deputy speaker of the South Ural Legislative Assembly and the gold miner Konstantin Strukov there are interesting facts about having a passport of a citizen of Kazakhstan, and breaking the law. And we also found that Strukov knows about the Black Berkut death row prison firsthand.
Few people know that the deputy speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Chelyabinsk region, the oligarch and the main sponsor of United Russia in the region, Konstantin Strukov, is originally from Kazakhstan, like members of his family. But practically no one, even in the close circle of the gold miner, knows that he not only lived in Kazakhstan, but also had the citizenship of this country.
Here is a photo of a young, still mustachioed Strukov (I even remember the phrase from the famous film: “Idiot, why did you shave off your mustache?”). This is how he looked when he received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan passport №0466989issued June 8, 1996. The date of birth indicated in the document is exactly the same as the data of our Russian United Russia deputy Strukov: September 10, 1958. The passport was valid until September 10, 2003.
We found and residential address this citizen of Kazakhstan at the time of obtaining a passport: Kostanay region, Zhanatas district, city Dzhetygara (since 1997 called Zhitikara), st. 11, building 14, apt. 31.
Also Konstantin Strukov had identity card of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 000985501issued June 6, 1996. This document was valid until September 10, 2003.
And we also found a Kazakhstani language at Strukov’s IIN No. 580910300333 (individual identification number).
Note that we have information about Russian passport Strukovissued by the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Plast, Chelyabinsk Region on December 1, 1998.
Interestingly, Russian special services Konstantin Strukov also lied, saying that he had a Kazakh passport only until 1997. But the above information refutes this yet another lie of the oligarch deputy, who, as we see, is accustomed to hiding not only foreign property, but also other connections with foreign countries.
The small homeland of the oligarch
Strukov generally connects a lot with Kazakhstan. There, for example, his youngest daughter was born – Alexandra Konstantinovna Strukova (date of birth August 23, 1986), on which he likes to record his property. Namely – in the already mentioned city Dzhetygara of Kostanay region.
In the same city, the eldest daughter of a gold miner was born – Evgenia Konstantinovna Kuznetsova (date of birth November 2, 1979), on which he records his business.
Born in Kazakhstan and the official wife of Strukov – Lyudmila Evgenievna Strukova (date of birth June 20, 1956): in the city Ekibastuz, Pavlodar region.
Our sources report that Strukov periodically visits Kazakhstan to bow to the graves of his ancestors.
Now it’s clear where to look for Strukov, in addition to Montenegro (where he has two mansions, two yachts and a five-star hotel) when he does not give $ 350 million Igor Sechinwhich he owes on a loan to Moscow Credit Bank, owned by Rosneft.
Konstantin Ivanovich is generally now in gigantic debts, which it is becoming increasingly difficult for him to service due to the fall in the volume of his production.
So, Strukov’s debt in Sberbank is $300 million (a loan at 11% per annum). Another 35 billion rubles, that is, almost $545 million at the current exchange rate, were taken at a high interest rate at Gazprombank. Plus the $350 million mentioned above, taken from Moscow Credit Bank at 11% per annum.
Payments on these loan obligations are in doubt due to the financial problems that the oligarch has been experiencing lately. For example, Strukov’s MelTEK coal company, before the start of the special operation, shipped 700,000 tons of coal per month, and now it ships only 120,000 tons.
Whom Strukov will once again throw – time will tell.
