As it turned out, now in the Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg there is a statement of claim by Panchenko and Demin for the recovery of damages from Gorodenker. But despite the fact that it was filed back in September 2021, it has not yet been considered. According to the lawyer Kirill Konkova, the case was adjourned until the end of the dispute over the fate of the agreement. Now consideration can be resumed.
