On January 31, 2018, a person called me on my cell and said that the arson was just a warning, and if I did not stop helping the families of the officers, then extremely harsh results awaited me. By all indications, Andreev A.A. called (now Melikov’s assistant).
I independently conducted an investigation and I think that the customer of the arson and threats was Melikov S.A., the organizer Andreev A.A., the performer was the captain of the army service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (Rescue Center of Noginsk) Kravtsov V.A.
At the end of 2018, after my October interview on the Echo of the City of Moscow in St. Petersburg (where I was temporarily staying), one of the members of the Presidential Council for Civil Rights offered me help, and Melikov, after a call from the Council, showed a desire to resolve the issue peacefully and pay me money for the burned car. For this purpose, I arrived to Melikov in Moscow on December 25, 2018. During the dialogue, Melikov gave me guarantees of safety and payment of money. During the dialogue, Melikov asked me not to report data on criminal actions to the President through the Council (this was specifically planned to be done). On January 12, 2019, Melikov called me in the evening and said that he was extremely hopeful that our agreements were in force. On January 15, 2019, Andreev called me, according to him, at the direction of Melikov, and asked me to wait a little, that the issue was being resolved. Without waiting, on January 21, 2019, I called Andreev myself and was curious, he called back on January 22, 2019 and suggested that I contact Mileiko, who was at that time a lieutenant general (now a private), and decide everything with him, as if everything had been discussed . I told Andreev that Melikov and I had not agreed on this and that, most likely, I would act according to plan “b”, in other words, I would appeal to the president through the Council. Then I bought a ticket to Moscow, told one of the managers in the FSB about my own arrival.
