A former National Guard employee who survived the poisoning is asking the director of the FSB for protection from the head of Dagestan.
Irina Drozdova, a lawyer and former employee of the Rosgvardia, reached out to Rucriminal.info and the Cheka-OGPU Telegram channel. She also submitted an application to the FSB director Alexander Bortnikov. Between 2016 and 2017, Drozdova investigated medical crimes against National Guard members. She mentioned, “In addition, I worked for two months in the office of Deputy Zolotov Mileiko S.I. at the invitation of First Deputy Zolotov Melikov S.A. (who is now the head of Dagestan). During this time, I supervised departments related to construction, housing and communal services, medicine, and financial and economic activities of the entire National Guard. As a result of my investigations and with the help of FSB officers, criminal cases were initiated and decisions were made by the Reutov military court,” Drozdova explained.
Following a personal conflict with Mileiko and her subsequent dismissal from the National Guard, her Subaru car was set on fire after an interview with RBC on January 29, 2018. A criminal case was initiated on March 1, 2018, but is currently not being investigated by the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Moscow Region. Drozdova conducted her own investigation and believes that Melikov S.A. was the one who ordered the arson and threats, with Andreev A.A. as the organizer and Kravtsov V.A., a captain in the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as the executor. Drozdova also claimed that there was an attempted poisoning on her life in 2019, which was similar to the one used against Alexei Navalny.
Rucriminal.info shares excerpts from Drozdova’s statement.
“Reporting crimes…
I think Melikov was behind the intimidation and arson of my car in order to hide information from the President of Russia. Later, he ordered the use of a toxic nerve substance to eliminate me, allegedly involving employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
More precisely:
In 2016-2017, I investigated medical crimes against Russian Guard servicemen as a representative of their relatives. I also worked for two months in the office of Deputy Zolotov Mileiko S.I. at the invitation of First Deputy Zolotov Melikov S.A., who is now the head of Dagestan. During this time, I supervised departments related to construction, housing and communal services, medicine, and financial and economic activities of the entire National Guard. As a result of my investigations and with the help of FSB officers, criminal cases were initiated and decisions were made by the Reutov military court.
After a personal conflict with Mileiko and my subsequent dismissal from the National Guard, as well as an interview in RBC on January 29, 2018, my Subaru car was burned. A criminal case was initiated on this incident on March 1, 2018 and is being handled by the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Moscow Region.
On January 31, 2018, I received a call on my mobile phone warning me about the arson. The caller threatened serious consequences if I continued to help the families of the officers. It is believed that Andreev A. A. (now Melikov’s adviser) made the call.
I personally conducted an investigation and concluded that Melikov S.A. was the customer of the arson and threats, Andreev A.A. was the organizer, and the captain of the military service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (Rescue Center of Noginsk) Kravtsov V.A. was the perpetrator.
At the end of 2018, after an interview on Echo of Moscow in St. Petersburg, a member of the Presidential Human Rights Council offered to help me. Subsequently, Melikov expressed a desire to peacefully resolve the issue and compensate me for the burned car. I went to see Melikov in Moscow on December 25, 2018, where he promised me security and payment. Later, Melikov asked me not to report the crimes to the President through the Council. Melikov called me on January 12, 2019, expressing hope that our agreements were still valid. Andreev called me on January 15, 2019, on behalf of Melikov, asking me to wait while the issue was being resolved. When Andreev suggested that I contact Mileiko to settle everything, I informed him that I would likely proceed with plan “b”, which involved appealing to the president through the Council. Afterward, I informed the FSB leadership of my arrival in Moscow.
On January 24, 2019, at a store in St. Petersburg, I unknowingly consumed poisoned eggs, resulting in symptoms such as vomiting, constricted pupil, and choking. The individuals who came to my apartment under the pretense of being doctors did not provide appropriate assistance and left, possibly expecting me to perish. I suspect they were low-level employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Despite feeling worse after their departure, I managed to treat myself with Enterosgel and eventually fell asleep. Later, I identified the person who posed as a doctor when calling from his number. I also met the real emergency doctor, who denied any recollection of visiting me, further raising doubts about the authenticity of the individuals who came to my aid. Additionally, the head of the ambulance confirmed that the descriptions of the individuals did not match any of their staff, further underlining the suspicion that a real doctor was intentionally prevented from seeing me.
On the day of the poisoning, in the evening after the departure of the fake doctors, he sent me a funny video showing operatives in St. Petersburg treating an obvious murder as the victim's negligence and warned me about the danger from the head of the FSB. In response, I told him I couldn't come to Moscow due to an ambulance arrival, so our meeting was postponed. Later, I changed my ticket to Moscow. About a week later, I arrived in Moscow to meet the FSB leader and while in the Moscow region (where the car was burned), I went to the Pyaterochka store and the story with the egg cassette repeated. Again, I didn't pay much attention and took the cassette, but this time no one consumed the products. In both St. Petersburg and the Moscow region, a man, presumably of Tajik nationality, unexpectedly planted food at the checkout. At that moment, I thought it was silly, but a coincidence. I can recognize this face.
After my immunity as a candidate for the State Duma deputy, which was effective from July 30, 2021, ended (I ran for the State Duma), I encountered people who, in my opinion, aimed to eliminate me.
On November 22, 2021, near my house in the Moscow region, I went to the Perekrestok store and noticed two men behaving strangely behind me (following me around the store for about 40 minutes and constantly talking on the phone). I suspected that the poisoners were following me again, so I didn't let them near my products and stopped them. I recorded them on video and later reviewed the store's cameras, through which I identified both. One of them is believed to be a low-ranking member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. I have a video showing one of them (Pridannikov Sergey Vladimirovich) at the checkout near me trying to complete the task.
Realizing that in 2021, during my investigation into my poisoning, I unintentionally exposed myself to another danger by communicating with Dr. Molodykh and the seller from whose number they called (as he himself referred to as 'cops'). Someone informed the customer of the crime that I was investigating, and they likely decided to eliminate me. So, I contacted Melikov again (after the arson, we met several times).
To achieve this, I went to Makhachkala in December 2021 and gave him an ultimatum through another general, Duginov V.V. (either have a conversation or I will disclose everything in the media and it will reach the president). After that, Andreev called me from an unknown number, and Melikov met with me in Makhachkala in his office on January 13, 2022. During the meeting, I informed him that I knew he ordered the arson, threats, and attempts to poison me, and that Andreev was the organizer. I explained that I didn't want to pursue an official investigation or publicize the information, but just wanted to understand it for myself. He promised I would never hear about Andreev or him again, but unfortunately, he didn't keep his promise. Also, at the first and last meetings, he tried to convince me that his friend Mileiko was behind the arson and threats to divert suspicion from himself. This time, I didn't believe him, so we parted as 'enemies'.
In addition to the materials of the investigation, I have two witnesses who confirmed to me that I correctly identified the customer and the organizer, both wear epaulettes. One serves in the National Guard, the other is the head of the FSB. The one who serves in the National Guard is terribly scared and afraid to testify.
As a result, not only my property and health suffered, but also those of others. Before the interview on Echo SPB, I informed Melikov through Andreev about the upcoming interview, and two days later they burned the car of my, at that time, lawyer.
I suppose that since 2018 and to this day, it is the customer and the organizer who periodically take various actions against me. They involve, among other things, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the names of many and their phone numbers are known to me. It really annoys me and makes it difficult to live peacefully. I consider it pointless to contact the prosecutor’s office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the Investigative Committee. I did it more than once. I have information that it was Andreev who established contact with the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who was supposed to investigate, so that side is aware of my actions and this is dangerous for me.
But the main and initial motive for the actions of Melikov and Andreev is the concealment of objective information on the National Guard from the head of state. There are already enough materials and information to conduct a pre-investigation check and subsequently initiate a criminal case and bring charges, only billing and interrogations of persons are missing. Me and the witnesses, the perpetrators are in danger.
I ask you to conduct a pre-investigation check, organize a personal reception, interrogate me.
