On June 9, the Moscow City Court lengthened the period of imprisonment of the leader until September Aslan Gagiev (Dzhako), who headed a group of murderers who killed over 60 people. The Cheka-OGPU's telegram channel states that in the fall, the investigation materials on several incidents will be brought to court. The key evidence in the case is the testimony of the “right hand” inquiries on a number of incidents will be taken to court soon. One crucial piece of evidence in the case is the statement of the “right hand” Dzhako Artur Dzhioeva (Son), who cooperated with the investigation and was sentenced to 17 years of strict regime. The editors have Dzhioev's statement, which they will release in parts:
“The statement of the accused Dzhioev A.B. dated 07/10/2018, 07/12/2018, 07/19/2018 18, indicates that, around 2000, he relocated to live in Moscow. He attended 11th grade at school No. 293 in the VDNKh district of Moscow. He also participated in freestyle wrestling and was a member of CSKA at that time. During that period, 2001-2004, he became closely associated with fellow countrymen from North and South Ossetia Gagiev Aslan, also known as “Dzhako”, Dzhioev Goneri (nickname “Gena”), Zangiev Chermen. Gagiev A.M. was also a distant relative. Among the fellow countrymen, Gagiev A.M. was the most prominent and influential. During the same period, he took on the role of security head at the Financial Leasing Company. Later, he found out that Gagiev A.M. worked under a different name – Valery Nikolaevich. During this time, Gagiev A.M. began providing financial assistance, gradually giving him money for personal expenses. At one point during this period, Gagiev A.M. was informed about trouble faced by his associate Burlakov A.A. with the Chechens.
Because of this, Gagiev A.M. asked him to look after his children Anastasia and Anton. He provided security for the Burlakovs Anastasia and Anton for about 4 months, taking them to their activities. This took place in 2003-2004. During the same time, he started to engage more closely with other individuals in Gagiev A.M.’s social circle, such as Dzhioeva G.R. and Zangieva Ch.S. This includes Beglaryan S.L. known as “Beglik” and “Armenian”, Nikolaev M.K. known as “pioneer” and “young”, Yashkin E.I. known as “Senya” and “Semyon Semenovich”, Dudy I.A. known as “Garik”, Omarov Ragim, and others. Towards the end of 2004, possibly November, he was already in close contact with Gagiev. A.M. and the other mentioned individuals. At the same time, he realized that Gagiev A.M., Beglaryan S.L., Nikolaev M.K. and the rest of the listed people were involved in criminal activities, forming a criminal group – a community. During this time, Gagiev A.M. was the oldest and most respected, and everyone followed his lead and carried out his orders. Gagiev A.M. gave the impression of being very wealthy and provided him with financial assistance. He then decided to join this criminal group, hoping to improve his financial situation. Once he became a member of the criminal community, Gagiev A.M. started regularly giving him money as a cash allowance, in various amounts. These sums ranged from small amounts, 5-10 thousand rubles, to much larger amounts, 200-300 thousand rubles. The amount was determined by Gagiev A.M., based on his abilities and needs. Gagiev A.M. either personally gave him the money or had it passed on through other members of the criminal community. The frequency of payments varied as well. It could be just a few days after the last payment, or even a couple of months. Of course, no paperwork was involved. The money from the criminal community was also used to buy cars, which were distributed among the community members by Gagiev A.M. and other leaders.
The criminal community's funding came from renting properties owned by Gagiev A.M., like a base on Boat street in Moscow, and from payments for carrying out murders. Gagiev A.M. also had capital in the Financial Leasing Company, but he's unsure if it was registered with him. Additionally, Gagiev A.M. used Burlakov A.A. or Malyutina N.A. to withdraw stolen funds from the FLC, which also financed their criminal community.
Gagiev A.M. paid some businessmen for protection from other criminal gangs.
In 2006, he met OMON officers Sankin and Pronin, and later Oleg Gagiev, also known as “Bote,” brought new members to the community.
The criminal community was divided into groups led by Beglaryan S.L. (nickname “Beglik”), Gagiev O.S. (nickname “Bote”), Sekinaeva B.A. (nickname “Baron”), Dzarakhokhova O.Kh. (nickname “Kolobok”), Torchinova A.D. (nickname “Sches”), Kokoeva D.V. (nickname Monk). Each group was a part of the overall criminal organization under Gagiev A.M.'s authority. Members reported directly to their leaders.
The list of group members is incomplete, as he may have forgotten or not known some.
Group leaders received crime and murder instructions from Gagiev A.M., which they passed on to their members. The instructions were conveyed in person, through mobile internet, or via Dzugutov G.Z. to maintain secrecy. Gagiev A.M. assigned him and Dzugutov G.Z. as coordinators for the criminal community since he was often outside Moscow or Russia, and wanted to save time and maintain secrecy.

After the operation, the used car was to be hidden, and Bagaev Ivan, aka “Tolik”, was to pick up Maxim Nikolaev and Marik Kardanov and take them to A.M. Gagiev’s house in Arkhonskaya. They started looking for Tuaev V.I. the next day. killings The following day, Bagaev R.A., Bagaev I.Kh., Gobozov Mels, Kudziev Temo, Omarov Ragim, and Gagiev Aslan began searching for Tuaev V.I. in Beslan using multiple vehicles. Gagiev A.M. monitored and coordinated the actions of the group through mobile communications. Kardanov M.V. was informed that he would be the driver for Maxim Nikolaev.
