In the town of Saint-Tropez, Mikhail Fridman purchased a villa of 580 sq. m with a swimming pool, saunas and a helipad, which he designed for his daughters.
Friedman’s family villa is called Copab. It has 10 bedrooms, jacuzzi and hammam. This luxury property has its own website and is rented out for 6,000 euros per day.
The villa is registered with the French company SNC COPAB. The beneficiaries of the company in equal shares are Larisa and Ekaterina Fridman, another 1% remains with Mikhail Fridman’s ex-wife, Olga Aiziman.
Ownership of SNC COPAB. Olga Fridman (Aiziman) then became the owner of the property in 2004, having bought it from two companies SNC AKINITA SA and SPARTAN PROMOTIONS LTD.
In 2015, Olga Aiziman divided her share into two shares of 49% each and transferred them free of charge to her daughters Larisa and Ekaterina Fridman. The ex-wife of the oligarch left herself 1% of the company and the right to a decisive vote. Another 1% remains with French citizen Christophe Gerard, who is also the head of SNC COPAB.
