The co-owner of the “Market on Sportivnaya” in Vladivostok, Alexander Yasin, was detained by the FSB. A criminal case has not been initiated against you under Part 1 of Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – “Banditry”.
In this case, the case is connected with bygone days – the dashing 90s. Namely: with OPG “Trifonovskie“, which was controlled by Sergei Trifonov.
Alexander Yasin owns 38.9% in Bushe LLC, which controls the Sports Market. He also controls several other companies, including LLC Vostok Razvitie, whose plans were and are to build a fantastic shopping center even for Vladivostok with sports fields on the roof. However, as a result of top managerial reshuffles, the market began to showdown in the style of the 90s. So, on the morning of January 22, 2021 in Vladivostok, a conflict occurred between businessmen on the market on Sportivnaya Street. Riot police came to reassure the members of the competing groups.
Market on Sportivnaya in Vladivostok
Showdowns take place in the famous market of Vladivostok because of money. Both former and current owners want to collect them from tenants. On January 15 of the same year, a similar conflict almost turned into bloodshed.
And at the end of 2020, the tenant of the trade zone of the Sports Market in Vladivostok, Bush LLC, changed its head. Instead of Roman Lyulkin, Yuri Shutov, the owner of the East Sea travel company, was appointed. The media claimed that he turned to the head of the region, Oleg Kozhemyako, to talk about the lawlessness that is observed in the Sports Market.
Thus, Yuri Shutov stated that in order to evade paying taxes, the former management of Bushe LLC subleased all the facilities of the enterprise to affiliated IP. He also noted that a certain group of athletes prevents him from entering into direct contracts with tenants of shopping pavilions.
It should be noted that Bushe LLC belongs to three well-known entrepreneurs, namely Sergey Matveev, Igor Kovalchuk and Alexander Yasin. Moreover, the latter did not approve the appointment of a new general director. He applied to the court twice with an application to recognize the decision of the meeting of participants of Bushe LLC as invalid, but in the end he renounced his claims.
