Deputy Viktor Kovalenko, for whom the doctors came, threatened them with a trial, and the incident itself caused general laughter of those present.
One of the versions of what is happening is that his wife wanted to hospitalize the deputy in a psychiatric hospital, allegedly in connection with the not quite adequate behavior of her husband.
Another version is that it could have been staged or even a “joke”. Viktor Kovalenko himself stated that at that moment he was not at all up to fun.
“You can’t call it a hoax. It is not known for certain whether these people are doctors. The precedent is serious. Everything could have ended very badly,” a colleague of the deputy commented on the incident.
It turned out that the “psychiatrists” visited the people’s choice on the eve of his birthday. However, the deputy did not appreciate such a “surprise”. Kovalenko appealed to law enforcement agencies with a corresponding statement.
“Today they come in bandages, and tomorrow they will come in with a bomb. People should be really judged and given terms for such cases,” said one of the deputies.
Kovalenko’s wife, who was initially credited with calling the “psychiatric brigade,” stressed that the signature on the statement did not belong to her.
