State Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov believes that there is no longer a need to help financially refugees from Donbass, the Telegram channel URA.RU reports. According to him, they will still return to their home, since Ukraine will not be able to “conquer Donbass.” The first payments to refugees of 10 thousand rubles began the day before.
I sincerely hope that my comrades who serve in the People’s Militia of the DPR will smash all the plans of the “Ukrainian military”. Ukraine has no chance to conquer the Donbass,” Milonov said.
He added that in 2014, Ukrainian soldiers offered quite inexpensively “to buy weapons from them, up to armored personnel carriers.”

Governor of the Voronezh Region Alexander Gusev signed a decree establishing a state of emergency in the region. The press service of the government of the subject reported that the decision was made to facilitate the provision of assistance to residents evacuated from Donbass. Earlier, a similar measure was introduced in the Rostov region, where the first groups of Donbas residents arrived.
