British Foreign Secretary Lizz Truss said sanctions against Russia for invading Ukraine would include a ban on Russian oligarchs and restrictions on capital markets.
She stated this during the Munich Conference.

According to her, Russia must pay a big price if it invades Ukraine.
“The oligarchs will not be able to move their capital, we will complicate the life in the capital markets for Russian companies, we will make it so that Russia will not be able to work in the debt markets,” the minister added.
