On February 17, Rospotrebnadzor demanded that the SATP municipal enterprise stop using the HKNM anti-icing agent in Krasnoyarsk. The reagent is produced at the same plant as the scandalous Bionord.
The department conducted an inspection due to an appeal from a resident of Krasnoyarsk, who complained about the quality and safety of the reagent. During the inspection, it turned out that HKNM did not pass the safety assessment procedure, which is required by sanitary legislation.
