Last year, it became known that employees of the UEBiPK of the Yaroslavl region seized counterfeit Chinese shoes totaling more than 3 billion rubles. She was moved to warehouses in Dzerzhinsk, and then the shoes began to be sold at the Moskva shopping center and at the God Nisanov Sadovod markets. It is noteworthy that the shoes were sold directly in boxes with the seals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The owner of the confiscated shoes, a Chinese citizen, Chen Yong, almost immediately after the initiation of a criminal case, agreed with an intermediary to resolve the issue. Pavel Vlaskin agreed to help him. According to reports, Vlaskin asked for 40 million rubles for help. So, half he demanded immediately as an advance. And the lawyer asked 300 thousand rubles for legal services.
However, the issue was not quickly resolved. When Chen Yong found his shoes in the market, he filed a complaint with the police. In addition, he wrote a statement to the prosecutor’s office, but no one began to deal with this story. As a result, the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Yaroslavl Region initiated a case only on the abuse of official powers by the employees of the UEBiPK and the Investigative Directorate of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Yaroslavl Region. And the fact that Vlaskin earned 20 million rubles on this story was ignored.
