The condition of the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party Vladimir Zhirinovsky, who was previously hospitalized in the hospital of the presidential administration with an omicron strain and bilateral pneumonia, is currently assessed as “normal, stable.”
This was reported by a number of media outlets, citing sources.
According to the publications, if the patient’s affairs continue to go just as well, then pretty soon Vladimir Zhirinovsky can be discharged from the hospital, after which he will have to undergo rehabilitation, which will take some time.
The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation also reported that the current condition of Vladimir Zhirinovsky “is assessed as stable, doctors are providing him with the necessary assistance,” RBC reports.
Recall that last week it became known about the hospitalization of LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky with a serious lung injury caused by a coronavirus infection. Then it was reported that the politician was in serious condition. It is worth noting that at the end of last year, Zhirinovsky said that he had made the eighth vaccination against coronavirus. The politician noted that he has not yet fallen ill precisely because of such frequent vaccinations. He suggested that if he had given not eight injections, but four, he would most likely have contracted COVID-19.
Formerly “Kommersant” informed, Vladimir Zhirinovsky hid for two weeks that he had contracted a coronavirus infection. According to the publication, the politician feared that the news that he was ill would introduce unnecessary doubts in the ranks of vaccination supporters.
