Realtor Tatyana Ganziuk told the story of how she was brazenly deceived by the employees of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine Anzhelika Konoplyanko and Yulia Yanova.
A new post appeared on her page in the social network Facebookof which she is an active user.
Her story of dating a woman named Yulia began last summer, when Tatiana showed her an apartment in the Venice residential complex. Then Julia came with a guy, but at all the other meetings she already appeared alone.
“From the very beginning, I was sure that Yulia was choosing an apartment for herself. She arranged the future furniture, how she would redevelop it, where the safe would be. As a result, Yulia liked the apartment, and we went to the notary to conclude a preliminary contract with an advance payment of $ 2,000. Only then, for the first time, Yulia voiced her desire to make a deal to buy an apartment for her parents,” the message says under the post.
On July 9 last year, they completed the purchase of an apartment, and registered it with their father. The value of the property according to the documents amounted to 47,710, but in fact, 85 thousand dollars were paid. All payment was in cash, since Yulia did not want to deal with the bank, because she is a civil servant. Tatyana Ganzuk immediately thought that this was very strange, because the apartment was registered to her parents.
“After the deal, Yulia tore up her preliminary contract and asked me to do the same in front of her. The decrease in real value, registration of real estate for parents, the desire to avoid banking operations, as well as the story about the salary in dollars, led to certain thoughts about the real sources of income Yulia. On the same day, Yulia asked me if I could help her manager, Anzhelika Konoplyanko, in buying an apartment. Yulia warned me that according to the documents, the apartment would belong to Angelika’s mother in order to avoid possible problems at work. The purchase budget was $ 300,000 “- The realtor continued.
They tried to work according to the same scheme, and in the end, when the first deal fell through, they simply disappeared, thereby not paying the realtor. 2 months of work wasted.
“It turns out that high-ranking officials of the Antimonopoly Committee live by such concepts. I wonder what position Olga Pishchanskaya takes in this situation, does she know how big her wards live, about their attitude towards ordinary people and whether she has at least some kind of influence. Impunity breeds permissiveness,” the woman continued the story.
