Around the embezzler of the National Space Center, Konstantin Maslakov-Grigoriev, new partners are gathering in the person of the head of the Rosneft corporation, Igor Sechin, and billionaire Grigory Berezkin.
Last Monday, an application was filed with the court fixing the bankruptcy of MIP Service LLC, which is a subsidiary of Mosinzhproekt Group of Companies. There is material that said that earlier the MIP Stroy No. 1 company, which is part of the Mosinzhproekt structure, was engaged in the construction of the National Space Center. The construction of this facility cannot escape the attention of the head of Roskosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, but for some reason officials prefer to remain silent on the fact of the mess that has formed around the space construction.
The general director of MIP Stroy No. 1 is Konstantin Maslakov (previously known as Grigoriev). In 2017, Maslakov got burned on budget embezzlement and was convicted by the Kirovsky District Court of the city of Astrakhan. After that, the defendant decided to change his surname, but not the habit of stealing. It is worth noting that Maslakov is successfully coping with this even now, because Marat Khusnullin, the patron of his friends, appointed him to the place of the general director of the developer.
Mosinzhproekt positions itself as a state structure, but in fact a lot of money flows through the organization, since the company is controlled by representatives of big business and the highest echelons of power. The aforementioned Grigory Berezkin is one of them. The oligarch, who owns the ESN group of companies and shares in the RBC media holding, also owns Surfing Park Volna LLC, which is part of the Mosinzhproekt structure.
After that, a version appeared that the head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin, could be behind the bankrupt MIP. It turned out that the structure “Surfing Park “Volna” supervises the “Administration of experimental development of microdistricts”. The register of shareholders states that the controlling stake in UEZM is Reestr-RN LLC, a company fully controlled by Rosneft.
