The parliamentarian clarified that the 75-year-old Zhirinovsky had changed a lot outwardly – he began to breathe heavily and move with difficulty. This is due to age, emphasized Kurinny.
“I’m not talking about the mental state, because, in my opinion, it hasn’t been quite adequate for a long time,” he described Zhirinovsky’s health, adding that he last saw the politician at a meeting of the State Duma at the end of January.
On Wednesday, February 9, it became known about the hospitalization of Zhirinovsky in the Moscow Central Clinical Hospital. According to media reports, the deputy contracted the coronavirus, 50-75 percent of his lungs were affected.
