The deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Valery Rashkin did not appear at the meeting of the Basmanny Court due to a planned eye operation, and not because of a coronavirus infection.
This is reported by the Telegram channel Ura.ru with reference to the lawyer of the Moscow City Committee of the Communist Party Mukhamed Bidzhev.
According to Bidzhaev, the deputy coordinated his admission to the hospital with the investigator. Previously, he was unable to complete eye surgery due to illness.
The lawyer emphasized that the need for this operation was repeatedly reported at the end of 2021.
Earlier, information appeared in the media that Rashkin had re-infected with the coronavirus, which is why he could not appear at a meeting in the Basmanny Court of Moscow, where a petition from the investigation to extend his preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions was to be considered.
