In Russia, a new administrative case of drug propaganda has been opened against rapper Morgenstern, who recently denied rumors of his emigration.
It is reported by TASS.
The case against Morgenstern was brought by the police in Naberezhnye Chelny. The rapper is accused of promoting drugs in three video clips for his songs, published earlier on the Internet: “New Wave”, “El problema” and “Yung Hefner”.
Information about the initiation of a case against the rapper was confirmed by his lawyer Sergei Zhorin. According to him, the statement was initially received by the police about Morgenstern’s songs, but the examination did not find drug propaganda in them. Then they decided to open the case because of a marijuana tattoo.
