The Central District Court of Barnaul condemned a local resident who killed a cat in front of children, reported on the website of the regional prosecutor’s office.
According to the telegram channel Incident Barnaul, a man beat a pregnant cat with a stick. The children tried to distract the convict and threw stones next to him, but this did not stop him. The incident occurred in the village of Yuzhny on July 27.
