In the Yaroslavl region, 28-year-old rural deputy from United Russia Alexander Bortnikov (the full namesake of the head of the Russian FSB) was arrested in a case of illegal drug production (Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), informs publication “76.Ru”.
Currently, Bortnikov has been placed under arrest for two months.
From the circumstances of the case, it is only known that Bortnikov is suspected of having organized a laboratory for the production of mephedrone together with his accomplices.
