Zhirinovsky spoke about the “mafia” threatening Russia from within
LDPR chairman Vladimir Zhirinovsky said that Russia is threatened by a “dog mafia”, pursuing the hidden goal of destroying the Russian people.
He announced this on the air of the Duma TV channel.
The politician added that the mafia broadcasts advertisements for dog food. This is how he reacted to the incident in the Trans-Baikal Territory, where stray dogs killed a seven-year-old child.
Zhirinovsky suggested directing the entire budget to dog food and shelters, or “leaving” the power to regulate the number of homeless animals to the local or regional level, so that prosecutors decide what to do with dogs.
