At the last meeting of the National Security and Defense Council, President Volodymyr Zelensky set the task of working out a mechanism for interaction with international and foreign partners so that the status of an oligarch and the restrictions associated with it do not remain exclusively within the country, Minister of Justice Denis Malyuska said on the Rada TV channel. “OLIGARCH” learned about this from a message from the UP. Malyuska’s direct speech: “One of the tasks that the president set at the last meeting of the National Security and Defense Council is to work out a mechanism for interaction with our international and foreign partners so that the status of this oligarch and restrictions do not remain exclusively within our country. That is, so that our partners also react, also establish additional controls on the assets and activities of such persons abroad. We will work on this.” Maliuska expects that the status of an oligarch will “automatically” lead to obstacles to doing business abroad. But the authorities want it to be correct and legally regulated.
