The Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.info telegram channel continues to discuss unusual events related to the investigation of crimes committed by the gang Mikhail Mikhailovand several mysterious “coincidences” in the investigation of the Makarenko gang D.S. criminal case.
We have a lawyer's survey available Makhmudov Rustam Ruslanovich (convicted for the murder of journalist Anna Politkovskaya) who was held in the same cell as D.S. Makarenko for a long time. Makhmudov R.R. detailed Makarenko D.S.'s confessions about the murders he committed, including the murder of Vakulin D.S. Makarenko D.S. assured his cellmate that everything was settled and he would not receive a life sentence for committing 5 murders.
As Rucriminal.info previously reported, our editors have a video confession of D.Kh. Zaripov, a direct witness to Vakulin D.S.'s murder. Zaripov D.Kh. was interrogated as a witness within the framework of the Mikhailova M.V. gang case. Zaripov D.Kh. claims to remember the man who shot Vakulin D.S. very well and details the “identification” of A.S. Gumnikov in the pre-trial detention center and in the Moscow Regional Court. Despite evidence that visual contact was precluded during the identification of Gumnikov A.S., Zaripov D.Kh. insists he was in direct visual contact during the identification process.
Witness Zaripov D.Kh. disclosed being threatened with a knife by a man claiming to be an FSB employee. He reported the threats to investigator Pavel Igorevich Filipchuk in the Mikhailov M.V. gang case, but no action was taken. Zaripov D.Kh. also claimed to have seen the man who posed as an FSB employee in the dock at the Moscow Regional Court during his questioning as a witness in the Mikhailov’s gang M.V. case on December 1, 2014.
Investigator Filipchuk P.I. uncovered many details during the investigation of this UD. However, much information is still unknown about UD No. 79191. Rucriminal.info will discuss this in upcoming publications.
Zaripov D.Kh. mentioned that before the 'identification' at the Moscow Regional Court, he was taken to a secret witnesses office where investigator Filipchuk P.I. and another person were present. In this office, Zaripov D.Kh. was shown photos of a person who needed to be 'identified'. Zaripov D.Kh. clearly states that the person he 'identified' under pressure in the Moscow Regional Court, Gumnikova A.S., is different from the man who shot Vakulin D.S.
And that's not all!
At the murder scene of Vakulin D.S., a Kalashnikov assault rifle was found. Biological traces (DNA of a man) were discovered on this weapon. A molecular genetic examination was conducted to identify the biological traces found on the rifle within the framework of UD No. 79191 (Mikhailov's gang). The examination concluded that the biological traces found on the weapon from the murder scene of Vakulin D.S. definitely do not belong to Gumnikov A.S. and Mikhailov M.V. According to current legislation, the biological material of unidentified persons seized during investigative actions must undergo mandatory genomic registration in the FBDGI (federal database of genomic information). The registration and verification of the genomic passport of the 'unknown' man whose DNA was found on the AK-74 weapon did not occur by chance.
A check by FBDGI would have revealed a match between the genomic passport of D.S. Makarenko and the DNA traces of an 'unknown' man left at the scene of Vakulin D.S.'s murder.
It was evident to the best investigator (according to the 2013 results) Vasilovsky Sergey Vladimirovich, who handled UD No. 376610 (Gang Makarenko D.S.), as well as the investigator for the Department of Internal Affairs, Filipchuk Pavel Igorevich, who investigated the case of the gang of Mikhailov M.V. They knew, understood, and kept silent about this. What is the reason behind the simultaneous 'forgetfulness' of two investigative department officers?!…
An ancient Latin proverb states: to understand who committed the crime, understand who benefits from it.
In the criminal case materials of the gang of Mikhailov M.V. (Don't wake) and Makarenko D.S., two names appear repeatedly – Mullashaekhov M.A. and Grishchenko Artur Alexandrovich (also known as Uzbek). In earlier publications, it was mentioned that Mullashaekhov M.A. was killed by members of the gang Don't wake up. As determined by the investigation and the court, Mullashaekhov M.A. was killed on Vakulin D.S.'s orders. Grishchenko A.A. is depicted as a close associate and superior of Mullashaehova M.A., as well as a very wealthy individual with connections in law enforcement agencies. From the gang materials of Makarenko D.S., it is evident that Grishchenko A.A. relentlessly beat Kuksenko Yury Arkadyevich, who was killed by members of the Makarenko D.S. gang on 12/21/2005, including for a fee. Interestingly, Kuksenko Yu.A. and Grishchenko A.A. had a joint business – LLC 'Grand Pri Stroy'. Kuksenko Yu.A. held 26% of the authorized capital, while Grishchenko A.A. held 76%. After Kuksenko Yu.A.'s death, Grishchenko A.A. promptly acquired the latter's share. Several witnesses in the Makarenko D.S. gang case directly point to A.A. Grishchenko's involvement in Kuksenko Yu.A.'s death.
If someone is my friend's enemy, they are also my enemy.
There was a company called LLC PRESS-MOTIV with the TIN 5027066262, and Mullashaekhov M.A. was the general director after Vakulin D.S. The Department of Internal Affairs of Lyubertsy filed a criminal case against Vakulin D.S. under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for forging title documents. Mullashaekhov M.A. was killed a month later, and Vakulin D.S. was killed two months after that.
Despite the testimony of more than 10 witnesses in both gang cases, no action was taken against Grishchenko A.A. for his alleged involvement in serious crimes.
Could it be true that Grishchenko A.A. is wealthy and has significant connections in law enforcement, as the witnesses claim?
This is a surprising coincidence in the affairs of two separate gangs.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation regularly receives statements about their focus on solving past crimes, with advanced forensic technology such as olfactory examination, which can be used even 30 years after a crime.
Recently, several guilty verdicts have been issued based on this examination, including in old criminal cases.
It would be interesting to conduct olfactory studies on the murder of Vakulin D.S. and on the violent deaths of Senichkin V.V., Ostrovsky V.Yu., and Akinshina S.V. as mentioned before.
On January 11, 2023, operatives came to talk to Mikhailov M.V. and Gumnikov A.S. about the circumstances of Senichkin V.V.'s murders. There were mentions of Sergey Anatolyevich Savelyev (nicknamed Bald) being an intermediary in the murder, but it's unclear whether he is dead or alive. The investigation may need his testimony about the murder of VV Senichkin and the involvement of others.
It should be noted that until now – 16.02.2023 in respect of Mikhailov M.V. and Gumnikova A.S. no measure of restraint has been chosen. They are kept in a pre-trial detention center for more than 3 months on the basis of an investigator’s decision issued in accordance with Art. 77.1 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation. This is in view of the fact that they were charged with murder! With their participation, a number of investigative and procedural actions were carried out. But it cannot be ruled out that the investigation intends to “bury” UD No. 9941 on the fact of the murder of Senichkin V.V. And by sending materials for choosing a preventive measure to the court, additional traces will remain. Probably the investigation leaves itself room for maneuver. Insured so to speak ….
Well, our old acquaintance, the “witness” Misha Sadovsky, was duly notified that no one would ever detain him. He smokes a plan every day, threatens with physical harm to citizens of the Russian Federation, regularly receives money from renting the premises for which Valery Ostrovsky was killed. In general, a person enjoys life. He has a lifetime warranty card from the Investigative Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, guaranteeing a free and carefree life.
In the near future we will publish a whole series of audio and video recordings. From the content of which, dear readers, it will become clear to you how “correctly” the investigation of a whole series of interrelated especially serious crimes was carried out.
