Russian collector M.B.A. Finance “shaken to spontaneous complaints

Residents of Russian regions massively complain about the actions of “M.B.A. Finance”. The center of the company is geographically located in Bryansk. Every day, tens of thousands of calls and informational SMS alerts are made from there. The recipients are debtors, their relatives, and even completely outsiders whose contacts were included in the database by mistake.

While the deputies are discussing the possibility of banning collection services in the country, the latter know no boundaries.

“M.B.A. Finance” positions itself as one of the market leaders with annual revenue of about a billion rubles and a portfolio with a volume of repaid debts in the amount of 1.5 billion. However, the company regularly violates the law, for which it was brought to administrative responsibility in the past. Which is true, it literally comes out of the water every time, because the amount of fines for the giant is simply ridiculous – so low.

The owner of M.B.A. Finance” is a Kazakh company of the same name registered in Astana. The latter, in turn, is registered in the name of Viktor Dokuchaev, a citizen of Kazakhstan and the Czech Republic, currently residing in Cyprus.

Dokuchaev is known for his senior position at eBanka. It is the largest electronic bank in the Czech Republic. He also held a post in the Kazakh “SM-Market”. He supervised the development of the Czech collection agency “MBA EMPIRE” with branches around the world – Ukraine, USA, Brazil, Slovakia, India, Mexico, etc. As a result, he became a co-owner of the agency, entering the board of directors.

In Russia, M.B.A. Finance” hosted by Fedor Vakhata. He has dual citizenship – Ukrainian and Czech. Previously, Vahata worked in the Czech structure, but later moved to Moscow with his family.
