Sergei Vlasenko threw the former after the fact.
Head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy. Reznikov covered up a comrade – a lawyer, a deputy of the Rada – with a fraudulent loan agreement.
Natalia Okunskaya and Sergey Vlasenko
I remove emotions and speak only with facts, which I confirm with documents.
Reznikov is Vlasenko’s best friend and partner.
Here we can already draw conclusions.
Let me remind you that when I divorced Vlasenko, I did not ask for anything other than 50% of the house.
Nothing else.
50% of the house by the standards of the civilized world is nonsense when a divorce from a millionaire deputy.
But then intervened. carverov and these two solvers decided to take away the legal half of the house from me and four children.
He did not persuade Vlasenko to preserve his manhood and came up with a scheme against me.
How could he decide?
This is how Vlasenko’s “money loan” document appeared.
In case of non-repayment of the debt, Vlasenko must give up the house. carverovu, after which the house is not subject to division.
Loan agreement
When 2 millionaire politicians stir up such things, it’s already disgusting ..
There is nothing to say about human and legal things at all.
But then they hacked Vlasenko’s mail and found this “loan agreement” created in Word in 2012.
The contract date was 2008.
That’s all you need to know about the secretary of defense who leaves a woman with four children at 50% of the house.
It’s scary to think how he can Protect the People.
Except just from myself.
It is obvious that a real man and a good person, which they are now trying to expose ova, will never fight with a woman and children, depriving them of their homes. carverAnd will not stoop to dirty illegal schemes.
I have already conveyed this information to Ukrainian journalists and, if necessary, I will also give it to French ones, if ov decides to PR here too.
segodnya.ua, “Vlasenko Sergey”: In 2006-2008 Vlasenko was married to Ukrainian top model Natalya Okunskaya. They have a joint daughter Polina. The dissolution of the marriage led to a series of public scandals. Okunskaya accuses Vlasenko of failing to fulfill financial obligations to children and domestic violence. Vlasenko calls the ex-wife’s attacks an attempt to discredit him as a lawyer. After many years of litigation, the court left the daughter of Polina to her mother. In March 2008 Serhiy Vlasenko was appointed Deputy Head of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Serhiy Buryak.
Vlasenko got into the inner circle of Yulia Tymoshenko in June 2008, when, having taken the oath of people’s deputy of Ukraine, he became a member of the BYuT faction in the Verkhovna Rada. In the Parliament of the VI convocation, he was a member of the Committee on Justice.
Since December 2012 – People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the 7th convocation, passed on the list of the Batkivshchyna party (No. 20). Member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Rule of Law and Justice.
On March 6, 2013, upon the suggestion of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Regulations, Serhiy Vlasenko lost his position as a People’s Deputy of Ukraine because the committee members believed that his role as a lawyer defending ex-premier Tymoshenko conflicted with his duties as a deputy.
However, on February 22, 2014, the day Yanukovych fled, the Rada reinstated Sergei Vlasenko as a deputy.
In the autumn of 2014, he entered the Verkhovna Rada as part of the Batkivshchyna party (No. 15 on the party list) and became the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government.

How Natalia Okunskaya in France received political asylum from Sergei Vlasenko and the Tymoshenko party ReznikNumerous media outlets covered the high-profile divorce of Natalia Okunskaya and Sergey Vlasenko. The resolution of their family's history has been determined by the court, and the case, to some extent, has extended beyond Ukraine: Natalia was granted political asylum in France. Her interview is passionate, emotional, and perhaps somewhat biased, but it is deserving of attention. We are open to hearing the other side of this conflict.
Ukrainian surprise for French lawyers
France is one of the founding countries of the EU. Acquiring asylum there, even for politicians, is very challenging. Why did you have to flee from Ukraine to this EU country?
The main reason for choosing France was that its justice system isn't influenced by politics. They carefully and impartially examined my case of beatings and harassment, and I was granted political asylum. This was a way to escape from Sergei Vlasenko and the Tymoshenko party.
French authorities take refugees seriously. They have not rejected asylum for me, and my dossier is about 500 pages long detailing repressions and political use of resources against me.
In France, there are many things that Vlasenko finds unacceptable, like the issue of child abandonment, which is considered savage in Europe. Anyone attempting such a thing would instantly lose their political career.
I had to flee with my four kids because back home, there were five criminal cases against me and they wanted to imprison me for no reason.
What are these criminal cases?
My ex-husband initiated the first criminal case in France regarding the kidnapping of a child from Ukraine, despite having legal documents for the children's border crossing. This led to several lawsuits in Paris.
During a court hearing, my daughter Polina expressed her desire to live with me after years of being neglected by her father. She stated that she did not want to live with him.
Vlasenko miraculously won the legal process, after which my daughter expressed skepticism about how he would enforce the decision.
Following this, the relationship between Polina and Vlasenko deteriorated further. She made it clear that she did not want anything to do with him until he complied with the court decision.
However, he took Polina despite our requests for a peaceful resolution, without any alimony agreement. We simply wanted the girl to live in Paris and have the freedom to see him as she pleased.
But that did not happen. He has filed several lawsuits against me in Ukraine and France, seemingly out of spite to hinder my ability to live and work normally as a political refugee. It's hard enough in France as a political refugee, and on top of that, I have to pay large sums to lawyers to defend myself.
My acquaintances have informed me that there are already multiple cases against me in Kyiv, and there are attempts to declare me insane. Given Vlasenko’s ties to Batkivshchyna, I have no doubt that he will succeed.
What do you mean?
Political connections. There are individuals who were previously part of Yulia Tymoshenko's Cabinet of Ministers or worked for her secretly. Many of them still hold influence and positions. Interestingly, the current deputy head of the “Fatherland” party, Hryhoriy Nemyria, is now the head of the Verkhovna Rada committee on human rights.
– Do you believe he is involved in the case you lost in France?
– But why was the trial I lost such a surprise for my French lawyers? They didn't expect a child who had lived with his mother for 9 years to suddenly be given to his father in the EU. Separating a child against his will from his siblings, especially since I can't go back to Ukraine or I'll lose my status as a political refugee.
In addition, I was told to pay Vlasenko 6,000 euros that I apparently owe him. Imagine, I'm a single mother and a refugee, and I owe money to someone like Tymoshenko. Look at his income statement. For Vlasenko, my 6 thousand euros are just a small amount. He just decided on principle to rob me completely.
Now my lawyer is submitting several appeals at once, both in Ukraine and two appeals in France. And if that doesn't work, I'll go to the European Court and be ready to reveal the truth about the cynicism and principles of this man Tymoshenko.
Sought help from Tymoshenko
– And now Sergei Vlasenko is personally involved in the legal proceedings?
– In the past 8 years, he has hardly ever been in the courtroom, in my opinion. However, he recently came to France and spent an hour in court claiming to be a people's deputy and a well-known politician. He also mentioned that there would be early elections in Ukraine in the spring, and he is Tymoshenko's right hand. He repeated his old message that Yulia Vladimirovna would become president, and he would at least become the prime minister.
At that point, the judge finally interrupted him, saying that his speech was inappropriate for deciding the fate of his daughter and not about Yulia Tymoshenko.
– Have you tried to influence your ex-husband through Tymoshenko?
– Definitely. I have written open letters to Tymoshenko multiple times. I approached her as a mother and a woman, expressing my concerns about my lawyer's behavior and pleading with her to intervene. I even met with her in person and provided documents proving that he had abused me, begging her to save my children and stop him.
She responded curtly, “Yes, yes, of course, of course.”
– And that's it?
Listen, don't be naive. I don't know what Tymoshenko has done for women or children in recent years. Has she addressed domestic violence? Has she raised any concerns about the children? Does she not know that there are billions of hryvnias owed in child support in Ukraine? It's not just about gas or oil.
The only time I hear her talk about the importance of children is in commercials before elections. In Europe, the value of childhood has long been recognized, but in Ukraine, they are only used for political campaigning.
I truly realized this only when I moved to France. Here, the child and their rights are fundamental. Even though Vlasenko won the court case against me, the authorities here prioritize the child's well-being. Therefore, despite having all the court decisions, he doesn't have the right to forcibly remove the child from their home. Otherwise, he himself will be investigated in the EU.
– I remember you also took action against Vlasenko regarding the house …
Yes, we purchased a large 800 square meter house when we were married. When I left Vlasenko, I didn't request any property. I just wanted to leave without causing any arguments or involving the children in the divorce process. I didn't sue at that time because I didn't want to divide our property or cause any harm to the children with legal conflicts. My only wish was for him to no longer be a part of our lives.
Vlasenko started legal proceedings against two of my daughters. During this process, he successfully obtained a legal divorce for one of them. There were numerous court cases, totaling 30 sessions. However, he is a lawyer and a member of the legal committee, so he was able to utilize all resources and connections, making it very difficult. At one point, I realized that the only way to divert his attention from the children was to focus on the house.
Is that why you had to escape to another country?
– In Kyiv, I wouldn't have stood a chance to retain custody of the children. I definitely wouldn't have been able to resist an entire political party that has its influence almost everywhere.
Properties, vehicles, valuable old items, timepieces, and millions in banks. What prevented Sergey Vlasenko from having to divide these with his ex-wife and pay alimony
