Of course, among those seeking favor from Alexander Viktorovich was Ilya Zaitsev, a member of the Legislative Assembly, who conducted a poll on his TG channel about the qualities the future governor should possess – “friend or foe”?
“After yesterday’s intense discussion on TG channels about the possible governor's resignation, which, as expected, did not occur, many suddenly remembered the theoretical possibility of a non-Krasnoyarsk citizen becoming the region's governor. The one who may confuse the Krasnoyarsk and Krasnodar Territories, explain the “black sky” with the black thoughts of the inhabitants, or manage the region from Moscow, visiting Krasnoyarsk as if on a business trip, not at home.”
However, Ilya Zaitsev's ostentatious show of allegiance did not receive the expected reaction from the audience. On the contrary, it had the opposite effect. Some of the most popular comments were:

Moreover, according to observations from several tg-channels, the voting might have been tampered with by the use of bots by one of the interested parties.
Alexander’s information block Ussturned out to be unprepared to defend against the attack. Individual efforts by Sergei Ponomarenko, Ilya Zaitsev, and other assistants of his nomenklatura majesty to stop the growing momentum were not only ineffective, but also provoked additional gatherings.
