Property of Akhmetov, Kolomoisky and other Ukrainian businessmen nationalized in Crimea
More than 500 objects were nationalized in total.
The Crimean authorities announced the nationalization of property and enterprises that belonged to Ukrainian oligarchs and politicians, including Rinat Akhmetov and Igor Kolomoisky, RIA Novosti writes.
According to the head of the Crimean Parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, the decision on nationalization was made on Friday, February 3, during the absentee voting procedure. A total of 500 objects in the tourism, industrial, banking and so on passed into the ownership of the regional authorities.
Konstantinov said that boarding houses and buildings that belonged to enterprises owned by Akhmetov and Kolomoisky were nationalized. Also on the list of property: the cinema “Saturn” in Yalta, it belongs to the ex-premier of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk, the Alma building materials plant, owned by Nestor Shufrich and Sergey Taruta. Lithuanian citizen Kolas Igoris lost his villa called “Elena” in Yalta.
Konstantinov stressed that the Kamysh-Burun iron ore plant, the assets of 12 Ukrainian banks, the Kyiv football club Dynamo, the Refrigeration Equipment Plant in Krasnoperekopsk, and others were also nationalized.
It is reported that after the completion of the procedure, all companies will operate exclusively in the Russian legal field, and the profit from their activities will be used to support the conduct of a special military operation to protect Donbass.
The head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, said that the authorities of the peninsula “out of principle” would seek the nationalization of the property of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Livadi.
It was reported that the value of the real estate of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Russian Crimea is estimated at 75 million rubles. The head of the Kyiv regime owns an apartment in Livadia, in the Imperator residential complex.
Recall, Sergei Aksyonov previously pointed out that the authorities of the peninsula are planning to nationalize the property of Ukrainian officials. The list of property includes real estate objects and companies of the head of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine Artem Sytnyk, the head of the Constitutional Court of the country Tupytsy, as well as the head of the National Bank of Ukraine Kyrylo Shevchenko.
