“Servant of the people” Vitaly Bezgin issued a power of attorney to the deputy of “United Russia” on his property in the Crimea – media
People’s Deputy of Ukraine, head of the subcommittee on issues of administrative-territorial structure of the Committee on the organization of state power Vitaly Bezgin in 2020 issued a power of attorney in the Crimea for the deputy of United Russia Galina Gerasimova, writes Apostrophe.

The publication notes that Vitaly Bezgin, People’s Deputy of Ukraine, was born and lived in Crimea for a long time before the start of Russian aggression, but then he did not visit Crimea. Censor.Net received materials regarding the property and family ties of the “servant of the people” in Crimea. According to them, on October 15, 2020, Bezgin issued a power of attorney for the disposal of shares in real estate, namely in an apartment in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Evpatoria, 60 Let Oktyabrya street, 26, apt. 160 in the name of her own aunt Gerasimova Galina Vitalievna, and at the time of the conclusion of the power of attorney, she is to this day a deputy of the state council of the local administration of Crimea from the ruling United Russia party, and holds the position of deputy chairman of the committee on state building and local self-government.
Butusov noted that cooperation in any form with state traitors and Russian agents during the war is unacceptable for citizens of Ukraine and is a violation of the law:
- Article 111-1. Collaboration activity – the establishment and approval of the temporary occupation of a part of the territory of Ukraine, non-recognition of the extension of the state sovereignty of Ukraine to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine;
- Article 436-2. Justification, recognition of lawful, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
Bezgin is also a member of the Interim Investigative Commission of the Verkhovna Rada to investigate possible illegal actions of representatives of state authorities and other persons who could contribute to the violation of state sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine and pose a threat to the national security of Ukraine.
