The Ministry of Digital Development of Russia informed that the issuance of loans on preferential mortgages on updated terms for IT specialists will begin next week.
The department said that the rules for preferential mortgages for employees of IT enterprises have changed: the conditions for obtaining a loan have become easier, the salary requirements are lower. Reporter reports this DOPs with reference to publication Ministry of Digital Development of Russia in the social network.
It is clarified that applications under the adjusted conditions are already being accepted, and the issuance of loans will start on February 7, after the entry into force of the new rules.
The fact that the Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the parameters of the preferential mortgage program for IT specialists, previously reported press service of the Government of Russia. We are talking about softening the terms of the preferential mortgage program for specialists who work in the field of information technology.
Among the innovations: now preferential loans will be available to employees of all accredited IT enterprises, and not just accredited organizations that received tax benefits; and also expanded the age range of recipients of this state support (that is, from now on, specialists aged 18 to 50 years (inclusive) will be able to take out a loan.
Previously became knownthat the authorities expanded the register of domestic software: Russian software and hardware systems were added there.
