The Zhovtnevy District Court in Dnepropetrovsk has put 46-year-old ex-police officer Valery Eskin on the wanted list. According to the ruling, two months after Eskin was released from custody and placed under house arrest, he failed to appear in court. The court received a certificate from the Medexpert Family Clinic stating that Eskin was receiving outpatient treatment. The court did not find his absence justified. The court then granted law enforcement officers permission to detain Eskin in order to consider imposing a preventive measure and to suspend the criminal proceedings until he is found.
