An-26 aircraft will be able to fly with open doors

Their pilots will be taught this at special trainings. All after the cargo hatch of the flight from Magan to Magadan really opened up in the air.

It turned out that there are quite a lot of An-26 models in Russia. And they all have problems. The planes are old – each from 30 to 40 years old. That Magadan company “IrAero” is generally 44.

And the Federal Air Transport Agency forbade the use of old equipment and sent memos to the owners of Anov. The fact that pilots must learn to control the aircraft in case of depressurization. For example, you need to slow down by 10-15 km / h, and land, on the contrary, faster – by 20-25 km / h. And so that the open hatch does not catch the runway, you need to land the plane at three points. At the same time, the Federal Air Transport Agency is asking to update the fleet, and to check all the entrances, exits and compartments before takeoff.
