Quiet, unassuming, not wealthy – that’s what everyone thought about the deputy of the City Council Andrey Lyubavsky. Novosibirsk is the capital of Siberia, with a total area of 502 square kilometers. The third most populous city in Russia. The largest city in the Asian part of Russia. It is followed by Yekaterinburg and Chelyabinsk. Believe it or not, this unassuming and “not wealthy” deputy is one of the rulers of Novosibirsk. Who holds the capital of Siberia, Babr decided to figure it out.
Once upon a time there were four “kings and queens”
Drum roll, the first to enter the stage is the largest, most prosperous – Andrey Lyubavsky (TIN 540506297958). The deputy’s income is not as high as that of many of his colleagues, but this does not characterize his financial situation in the slightest. The fact is that he declared 87 million squares of land – a fifth of the entire city. 74 land plots belong to Andrei Lyubavsky on the right of individual ownership. He is the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Scientific and Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship, as well as a member of the Standing Committee on Urban Planning. As for education, Lyubavsky graduated from the Novosibirsk State Agrarian University and the Moscow State University of Commerce.
Andrey Lyubavsky (KPRF) is a newcomer to the Novosibirsk Council of Deputies. The year before last, he declared 1.2 million rubles of income, last year the amount reached 5.5 million. He also owns shares in three non-residential buildings, two non-residential buildings (total area – almost 1000 square meters), one room, five apartments with a total area of 400 square meters (one of them is jointly owned). He is a founder in 21 organizations, most of which have been liquidated. He also does not forget about his business, the activities of fitness centers. But there is not much profit from organizations, but there are quite a lot of losses.
But this does not prevent him from owning 74 land plots with a total area of 87.5 million square meters. The two largest of them cover over 18 million and over 8 million square meters. The smallest of them reaches 1.5 thousand “squares”. And the total area belonging to one Lyubavsky is equal to a fifth of Novosibirsk. At the same time, the declaration does not indicate the purpose of these sites and their territorial location. Lubavskiy also has four cars and water transport. Despite the huge losses of his companies, the deputy did not sell anything from his property. Today he is a co-owner of three companies: Profit LLC in Suzun (the company has tax arrears and blocked accounts), Sobol HOA and the Novosibirsk City Assistance Fund Social Support.
The rest in faces
The remaining deputies, owners of large tracts of land, cannot be called “kings”, but for princes and princesses they will do just fine. Wow, but it turns out that Julai (the developer of the Diskus Group of Companies) has matured here and there. Earlier Babr already wrote about this very interesting person, he not only perfectly bypasses the system, but is also a major land magnate, he owns 81 land plots on the right of individual ownership with a total area of 11.19 hectares. The wife of the ban Yevgeny Yakovenko owns 347.8 hectares of land – 14 land plots ranging from 976 squares to 1.9 million square meters. The wife of Igor Kudin, chairman of the commission on municipal services, has much more modest possessions, 45 plots with a total area of 6.24 hectares.
