Montenegrin citizenship was received by the daughter and son-in-law of Lyubov Sovershaeva, who is the Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative in the North-Western Federal District
According to the document, the daughter and son-in-law of Lyubov Sovershayeva received Montenegrin passports on September 15, 2022 under the “economic citizenship” program.
Under the terms of the program, curtailed at the end of last year, a condition for obtaining a Montenegrin passport was an investment in the country’s economy of several hundred thousand euros.
According to investigations by Russian resources, Svetlana Sovershaeva and her husband, Albert Beineshev, own shares in a dozen heavy engineering enterprises. Beineshev himself bought a yacht for 414 thousand euros in 2020.
Judging by the instagram of the daughter of the official Svetlana, after the start of the SVO, she constantly travels around the world.
Montenegro has been a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) since 2017.
