“Are you people at all?”: Navalny’s wife complained about the leadership of the IK

The wife of the opposition politician Alexei Navalny, Yulia, turned to the leadership of the penal colony, where her husband is serving a term, with a request to provide him with medical assistance. She explained that Navalny, who caught a cold, is in poor conditions, and at the same time he is not given medicine and rest.

According to Navalnaya, in addition to the fact that the oppositionist is in the “two by three” cell, a prisoner sick with the flu was placed next to him. Medicines are forbidden to be transferred even through a lawyer, the prisoner’s wife added.

Since August 2022, the oppositionist has filed more than 10 lawsuits challenging the actions of the administration of correctional colony No. 6 in the village of Melehovo, Kovrovsky district, Vladimir region. Half of them were rejected by the court.
