The court postponed consideration of Navalny’s claims due to his illness
The Kovrov City Court of the Vladimir Region has postponed consideration of two claims by Alexei Navalny against correctional colony No. 6 due to the illness of the plaintiff, RIA Novosti was told in court. According to the file of cases on the website of the Kovrov City Court, Navalny has filed more than 20 lawsuits against IK-6 on various grounds since August last year.
As RIA Novosti clarified in court, consideration of two lawsuits was scheduled for Wednesday.
“Today, court hearings were postponed due to the fact that he fell ill,” the agency’s interlocutor said, without specifying the diagnosis.
