A draft law has been submitted to the State Duma of Russia to ban the retail sale of energy drinks to people under 18 years of age. The authors of the idea are deputies from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Liberal Democratic Party and the SRZP, the correspondent reports. DOPs with reference to RIA News“.
The authors of the proposed document, in particular, believe that it is worth legislatively resolving the current situation and establishing restrictions on the retail sale to minors and the consumption (drinking) of non-alcoholic energy drinks in public places.
And also to the State Duma of Russia introduced a bill, which proposes to simplify the representation of the interests of residents in court by the head of the MKD council. We are talking about adjustments to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation.
