The Cabinet of Ministers has extended the Preferential Mortgage program until July 1, 2024. A corresponding document was signed, the correspondent reports. DOPs with reference to press service Government of Russia.
It is clarified that such a mortgage at a rate of up to 8% per annum can be obtained for the purchase of housing in new buildings, the construction of a private house or the purchase of a plot for the construction of housing.
