Sergey Oleinik “Umka” and Lasha Dzhachvliani (“Lasha Svan”)On Tuesday, December 27, 2022, employees of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police, with prompt escort of employees of the Strategic Investigation Department of the NPU and the procedural leadership of the Office of the Prosecutor General, detained in the city of Kyiv 49-year-old citizen of Ukraine Serhiy Oleinik and his peer Lasha Dzhachvliani, who are known in the status of ” thieves in law” nicknamed «Umka»/»Umka Dneprovskiy» and «Lasha Swan»/»Lasha Ochamchirsky». This is reported by an informed source of Detective-Info.
According to him, the deserving people were “captured” by law enforcement officers in accordance with Article 208 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, when they arrived at the premises of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police on Baggovutovskaya Street.
According to one version, Dzhachvliani and Oleinik arrived here voluntarily as part of the legal formalities in the case of the so-called “forcing the Dnieper”, where they were charged with spreading criminal influence, where, as already reported on the pages of Detective-Info, the court had previously set a deadline for them to get acquainted with the materials until December 26, 2022.
It is believed that soon after the arrival of the kings of the underworld at the GSU, a new suspicion of spreading criminal influence was announced here to Umka Dneprovsky and Lasha Svan (Part 3 article 255-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). It is expected that on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, the investigators of the judge of the Pechersky District Court of the capital should choose preventive measures in the new criminal case of thieves in law.
