“AKS Pharmacy”
In Odessa, the network of pharmacies “AKS”, owned by Russian citizens, systematically evaded paying taxes, “saving” to their Russian owners more than 100 million hryvnias. The editors of 368.media became aware of this from the materials of the criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 212 of the Criminal Code.
According to the inspection acts, company officials, in violation of the Tax Code, underestimated the amount of income tax by UAH 101 million, including UAH 57 million in 2017, and UAH 57 million in 2018 – by UAH 31 million, in 2019 – by UAH 4 million, in 2020 – by UAH 5 million, in the first half of 2021 – by UAH 3.18 million.
In particular, it was established that the beneficiary owner of the companies involved his relatives, citizens of Russia, who, through their companies, were engaged in the sale of pharmaceutical products in retail pharmacies through their companies, using the trademarks “Pharm Kopeika” and “Apteka AKS” registered on them.
In order to form an artificial tax credit for value added tax, companies carry out documentary reflection of non-existent business transactions between themselves. In the period from January 2020 to November 2021, according to the tax reporting of enterprises, they formed a tax credit for a total amount of more than 62 million hryvnias.
At the same time, it was found that companies controlled by Russian citizens have signs of “without marketability” due to being located at the same address, having the same technical base, using identical IP addresses.
In addition, retail trade in pharmaceutical products is carried out through an online store for cash, without being reflected in tax reporting, which leads to the concealment of received income.
Note that the trademark is owned by AKS Odessa LLC, owned by Alexey Aleshin.
The company has a common telephone number with T-mark LLC, Blagodar LLC , OOO Medicine of Odessa, owned by Elena Lavrinova and Sergey Denisyuk.
Recall that BEB arrested 35 real estate objects of the company, including 11 residential premises, 23 non-residential premises and 1 land plot.
