Russians from 1xBet can be added to the NSDC sanctions lists for 10 years – media
KRAIL, after many months of appeals and journalistic investigations, has prepared a sanctions document for approval by the government, according to which at least three Russian citizens related to the Russian bookmaker 1xBet can be included in the NSDC sanctions lists, writes Apostrophe.

According to him, the document has been prepared and sent for approval to the government. She was involved in the preparation of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries of Ukraine (KRAIL), which for a long time was accused of lobbying the interests of Russians. The CRAIL list, according to The Page, included Your Betting Company LLC and at least 3 Russian citizens related to 1xBet. These are Sergey Karshkov, Roman Semiokhin and Dmitry Kazorin.
According to the publication, they ask for 5 years of sanctions for Your Betting Company, but for the Russian founders of 1xBet — 10 years each.

The head of CRAIL, Ivan Rudoy, in a comment to the publication did not deny or confirm the existence of such a sanctions list. The press service of the commission explained this by the sensitivity of the information.
Russian Boris Baum, who is associated with the head of CRAIL, stated that numerous investigations (including an investigation by the InformNapalm information and intelligence community) that proved the Russian origin of 1xBet and the danger of its activities in Ukraine are “black PR against the Commission.”
Russians from 1xBet may be added to the sanctions list
CRAIL granted a betting license to Your Betting Company LLC (TSK LLC, the Ukrainian legal entity of the 1xBet brand) in March 2022. After a wave of public outrage on July 26, CRAIL was forced to apply to the SBU to verify the involvement of the founders of TBC LLC.
In August 2022, after a petition to ban 1xBet in Ukraine received more than 25,000 votes, President Volodymyr Zelensky instructed Prime Minister Shmyhal to check the operation of 1xBet in Ukraine and resolve the issue of its ban in the country. In September, TBK LLC was deprived of its license, for a month CRAIL reported that, at its request, 5 sites operating under the 1xBet brand were blocked.
However, despite calls to impose sanctions against the Ukrainian legal entity of the Russian bookmaker and the “fathers founders of 1xBet, CRAIL did not submit these persons to the sanctions lists for a long time.
