NABU completed the investigation of the case of the ex-official of the State Judicial Administration
Anti-corruption law enforcement agencies opened the defense materials of the case on the purchase of equipment for the needs of the GSA.
NABU and SAPO have completed the investigation of criminal proceedings on suspicion of the former head of the Department of Informatization and Judicial Statistics of the State Judicial Administration Oleksandr Slonitsky and the director of the KIT company Yulia Perlovskaya in possession of UAH 53 million, writes Slovo i delo.

“On December 9, 2022, the SAPO prosecutor decided to complete the pre-trial investigation into the case of taking almost UAH 53 million in the purchase of equipment for recording court sessions and video conferences by the former head of one of the departments of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine and his accomplice. On behalf of the prosecutor, NABU detectives opened materials for the defense to familiarize themselves with,” SAP informs. years of purchase of equipment for the needs of the State Audit Office of Ukraine, which, according to its technical characteristics, did not meet the requirements in the field of information security. Compliance with such requirements is mandatory when fixing the course of court hearings. In general, according to the data of the examinations, the GSA overpaid about UAH 53 million for the delivered equipment.
The investigation also established the fact of the legalization of part of the proceeds from crime. During the investigation, the detectives established new facts, clarified the amount of damage caused, and additionally reported on the suspicion of money laundering to one of the accomplices. about suspicion to the ex-official of the State Judicial Administration and the head of a private company. The investigation established that the ex-official, together with the head of a private company, organized during 2016-2018 the purchase of equipment for the needs of the State Audit Office of Ukraine, which, according to its technical characteristics, did not meet the requirements in the field of information protection, the observance of which is mandatory when fixing the course of court hearings. The examination fixed the overestimation of the delivery price. In general, according to the data of the examinations, the SAI illegally overpaid about UAH 51 million for the supplied equipment.
Earlier, the anti-corruption authorities conducted a search in the premises of the SIA as part of this case.
