It was discovered that the chief tax officer of the Sumy region, Natalia Kiyashko, used to be an assistant to the former people's deputy Yevhen Balitsky, who now heads the occupation administration of the Zaporozhye region. Natalya Kiyashko has been leading the department since June 2020 after being transferred from the Kyiv region. She started her tax career in 1997 at the State Tax Administration in Kyiv as an inspector, and then gradually moved up to leadership positions. Her first official position was as the deputy head of the State Tax Inspection in the Solomensky district of Kyiv. After that, she held positions as deputy head of tax inspectorates in the Goloseevsky, Dneprovsky, and Pechersky districts of Kyiv. It is known that Kiyashko managed the tax inspectorate in the Dniprovskyi region for a long time.
From 2015 to 2016, Kiyashko served as the official assistant to the People's Deputy of the VIII convocation, self-nominated and former “Regional” – Evgeny Balitsky from Melitopol, in the dissemination of the law “On Public Service”.
In her report to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption for 2020, she declared the following assets: renting an apartment in Sumy since 2012, two apartments (55 and 30 sqm), five land plots in Pugachevka, Cherkasy region, totaling 12.3 thousand sq. m acquired in ownership in 2007-2008, and a Land Rover Freelander (2008) purchased in 2013 for a minimum of UAH 148,000. Interestingly, she even made money on her foreign car, selling it for 250,000 hryvnias after buying it 8 years ago for 148,000 hryvnias. Additionally, her mother owns an AUDI A8 (201) and LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER (2012).
Natalia Kiyashko reported an income of UAH 454,000 last year. She declared owning 38,000 and 418,000 hryvnias in cash, and 261,000 hryvnias in her bank account. She also mentioned owning a Bregutt watch since 2010.

The e-declaration lists Garry Alexandrovich Korostyshevsky, the son of businessman Alexander Grigoryevich Korostyshevsky, who has registered a number of enterprises specializing in minerals and oil production. He is the founder of Torf Land Ukraine LLC and was the director of the research and production enterprise Energopostachzbud. However, despite her husband's business, Kiyashko did not declare it in the e-declaration.

On the far right is Dmitry Druzhinskiy, also known as “Blondin”. In the spring of 2013, he was suspected of involvement in illegal business and laundering millions of dollars.
