Andriy Vadatursky: private traders are investigating the death of his father
An overseas private company will investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of Oleksiy Vadatursky, the founder of Nibulon, one of Ukraine's largest agricultural enterprises, along with his wife, EP reports.
The son of Vadatursky, who is now the CEO of Nibulon, Andrei Vadatursky, discussed this in an interview with EP.
It was previously stated that the Prosecutor General's Office does not rule out the possibility that Alexei Vadatursky's death in Nikolaev from a Russian shell may have been a deliberate killing.
When asked which of the theories he supports, Andrey Vadatursky replied: “What I think is one thing. There should be experts who should clearly explain what happened. I talk to those who view it as a tragic accident and professionals who believe that he was the target. Everyone has their reasoning.
What's currently happening? The SBU has initiated a criminal case. I've also provided testimony to the investigators, and they've interviewed numerous individuals. They are continuing with the criminal case.
I'm also aware that there are numerous such cases. The most important thing is that they are opened and evidence is gathered. However, I haven't seen these cases being thoroughly investigated and presented in court, or verdicts being issued.”
Vadatursky added that he has found a foreign private company that will investigate the deaths of his parents.

“I've found a company that will carry out an investigation. This is a private company with expertise in such inquiries, staffed by professionals from abroad. I want to uncover the truth, first and foremost, for myself and my family. Secondly, depending on the findings of this investigation, I'll consider my next steps.
If this was a premeditated murder, I will consider how to hold the responsible individuals to account. This is a matter of honor. Many have written that my parents died or even perished. They were killed – those are the precise words,” he stated.
Recall:
As a result of the shelling of Nikolaev by Russian invaders on July 31, Oleksiy Vadatursky, the founder and long-serving CEO of “Nibulon”, one of Ukraine's largest agricultural enterprises, perished.
Vadatursky's wife also perished. It's known that an enemy shell struck the couple's residence.
The Prosecutor General's Office is not ruling out the possibility that the death of Ukrainian businessman Oleksiy Vadatursky in Nikolaev from a Russian shell was a targeted killing – this is one of the investigatory theories.
