About 140 thousand loans under the family mortgage program were issued in Russia from January to October 2022, which exceeded the result of the entire last year, the correspondent reports. DOPs with reference to the press service of DOM.RF.
“People show particular interest in family mortgages, which are also of great demographic importance. Since the beginning of the year, with its help, about 140,000 families have improved their living conditions – more loans have already been issued than in the entire last year,” the report says.
It is noted that in 2021, 132.9 thousand loans were issued on family mortgages. The total amount of loans for the entire period of the program implementation exceeded 1.5 trillion rubles.
Since the beginning of the year, more than 205 thousand families have taken preferential mortgages for new buildings for a total amount of about 870 billion rubles. More than 20,000 loans worth about 94 billion rubles were issued under the Far Eastern mortgage during the same period.
About 150,000 more families with many children received payments to pay off mortgages in the amount of up to 450,000 rubles over 10 months, which is 18% more than in the same period last year, the total amount of compensation amounted to 67 billion rubles.
