The politician believes that the speech of the Russian leader was followed not only in the Russian Federation, but all over the world. Konstantin Kosachev hopes that the time is coming to pay attention to what the head of state says.
And he also considers the speech of the President of Russia “programmatic”.
“All subsequent developments have shown that the Russian Federation and the President are invariably accurate in analyzing everything that is happening and invariably generate an agenda for international relations that is conciliatory, which, obviously, should be accepted by the world community,” he added.
Recall that yesterday the Russian leader took part in the final plenary session of the 19th meeting of the Valdai International Discussion Club.
And this week, he held a remote meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
